CHAPTER 1
A Rock and a Hard Place
The bright lights startled him. Carl blinked out of his trance, suddenly aware that he was sitting among 350 dentists in a large room at the San Antonio Convention Center. He was attending a three hour presentation on restoring implants being given by a highly regarded clinician from Seattle. But he hadn’t heard a single word. CHAPTER 2
Fresh Air
Carl was signed up for a presentation on anterior esthetics after lunch, but his enthusiasm had disappeared under the heavy weight of uncertainty. He just couldn’t think about anything else.
