Overview of the Mastery of Practice Program

The Mastery of Practice Online Program - Basic Structure

·         A one-year program

·         Two (2) individual coaching calls per month

·         One (1) group conference call per month

·         Program delivered in four (4) modules, one per quarter:

·         Qtr 1- Leadership

·         Qtr 2- Ownership

·         Qtr 3- Management

·         Qtr 4- Service
